Available Libraries
Central Library Meeting Rooms
Second Floor Room: Capacity: 20 (boardroom); 40 (lecture). Facilities: 70″ Smart TV, laptop for presentations, kitchenette.

Ground Floor Room: Capacity: 15 (boardroom) or 1-to-1 sessions. Facilities: Smart TV, flip chart, hot water and cups.




Brighouse Library Meeting Room
Capacity: 20 (boardroom); 38 (lecture).

King Cross Library Meeting Room
Large room: 12–15 people (boardroom style). Small room: 2–3 people (ideal for 1-to-1 meetings).

Todmorden Library Meeting Room
Capacity: 12–15 (boardroom layout). Facilities: 55-inch smart TV, projector, flip chart, kitchenette with cups and glasses, toilet.

Discount
A 10% discount is permitted on standard and commercial bookings only. It will be applied if the following criteria are met:
- Regular bookings of no less than 6 (six) in a 12-month period only will attract discount.
- The bookings must be made as a multiple booking.
Important Booking Information
All prices are per hour with a minimum booking period of 2 hours. All part hours will be charged to the nearest half hour.
Please note: Setting up and clearing up time for hirers and their guests to disperse must be pre-booked and paid for. Extra time outside these agreed times will be invoiced.
- ✔ Use of the kitchen, crockery and other facilities is chargeable. (These may not be within or next to the meeting room.)
- ✔ Water jugs are available for meeting use.
- ✔ Calderdale Libraries does not hold a license to serve alcohol at any venue where meeting rooms are sited.
If you want to provide alcohol as part of your booking, please indicate this at an early stage of booking.
