Biography/History:
Multi-award-winning author, Professor Raman Prinja, is Head of Department for Astronomy at University College London. He is dedicated to the belief that it is hugely important to promote awareness of astronomy and physics to as wide an audience as possible, and especially to motivate and inspire the next generation of Universe explorers. As part of Professor Prinja's outreach, he has written several books on astronomy to share the excitement of the Universe with laypersons, parents, teachers and, above all, young people.
