Summary

Kate is over weight, but then she’s always been fat, frumpy and has never worried about it. But a cutting remark by her mother-in-law at Christmas makes Kate vow that she will lose weight, even though she has never been on a diet before. She ropes in her sister-in-law, Sarah, as her diet buddy and together they start a low-carb diet. Sarah immediately makes them join the gym, but Kate is conscious of gorgeous gym instructor Steve, who seems to have taken an instant liking to Kate, although Kate can’t believe that any man, even her husband Michael, can fancy her.
