Richard Mariner approaches Granville Harbour, on the Western coast of Africa, aboard the supertanker Prometheus V. His wife, Robin, organises a helicopter to pick him up but it is shot at above the harbour. And when armed guards arrive to arrest Richard, trouble really begins.
